Your ImageStore subscription provides you with everything you need to simply and securely Organize, Categorize, Share and Compare the digital photographs and scanned images that are an integral element of your practice. The four subscription levels offer different options for the number of images uploaded each month and the number of Member IDs associated with your Account.

Additional service options are available for those that feel they would like to tailor their ImageStore Membership to their particular needs. These options include:

Bonus Images that allow you to exceed your monthly image upload without incurring any overage penalty;

Backup options that allow you to get all your images sent to you on portable media, on a periodic basis;

Data Migration services to simplify moving your existing digital photographs onto ImageStore from supported PC and photo storage systems; and

Training packages to bring your staff up to speed as fast as possible.

Photographs are some of the most sensitive pieces of a patients digital record. Consequently ImageStore for Healthcare is designed with a number of features focused specifically on keeping those images secure; keeping track of who accesses the system, what actions are taken with images at any point in time, and taking all possible actions to prevent loss or misuse of those images.

A critical element of this approach is to provide every ImageStore account with a number of Member IDs, each with its own password. Additionally each Member ID can have a different set of privileges associated with it, allowing or preventing specific actions by the person associated with that ID. We encourage you not to allow staff members to share common Member IDs, as that will greatly reduce our ability to provide you will accurate information with regard to your account and HIPAA compliance efforts. To create Member IDs in your ImageStore account, click the Manage Members link on the Preferences page at the end of the Registration process.

To activate your account, you will need to complete a simple process.

Step 1: Select a Subscription Plan and any additional Service Options you would like
Step 2: Enter Payment Information
Step 3: Create your ImageStore Member ID and password and associate it with a valid e-mail address. Enter Contact information if it is different from your Payment Information
Step 4: Confirm the all of the above and accept the Terms of Service
Step 5: Accept or Modify account default settings for image import renaming, timeout and other system options on your ImageStore Preferences page

When you click Save on your ImageStore Preferences page you will be taken to the Main Workspace of your ImageStore account
